They simply operate on auto-pilot, choosing to launch in this semi-conscious state and focusing actions on ‘who I’d like to subscribe” instead of realizing the FIRST importance of “strengths” decisions that impact every thing else. </font></span></p>

I can only guess that this difference comes about because most people weigh heavily and think about “who I’d like to <span> </span>Invite” than they do “strengths and weaknesses” they bring to sonopia. </font></span></p>

<p>I believe as long as the problem is not Explained by precisely verbalizing it,<br />
almost everyone who&#8217;s a Sonopia Leader is in deep darkness because you can&#8217;t solve a problem that you can&#8217;t define. As a matter of fact, my business growth Coach, Rich Schefren says &#8220;verbalizing precisely the problem is half way towards the solution.&#8221;</p>
<p>My discussion is a shortcut approach of shedding light on the issue and my hope is that by&#8221;sharing my light&#8221; you as  can avoid the one damn common mistake most Sonopia Leaders are making when starting their sonopia. The big lesson in all of this<br />
